Sometimes customers are surprised (pleasantly) that we go to the trouble of including the picture hook when we frame a print for them.  Obviously not everyone does this I guess, but it has been our policy from day one.  After all, what is the point of getting a print framed and then having to buy a pack of several picture hooks in order to use only one picture hook to put it up on the wall?  Not to mention the time and hassle involved in buying the picture hooks.  We’d include the hammer if we could but the shipping costs might end up rather high and some of our regular customers would end up with a vast collection of hammers
