As usual we do our very best to get your orders at www.artistsuk.co.uk to you in time for Christmas but it is worth checking the dates below for your part of the universe in case you need to contact us about having a courier upgrade or space shuttle to get it to you.

If you are order a large framed print or poster for delivery within the UK then it will automatically be shipped by courier but with Christmas on a Tuesday the last courier shipping will be Friday 21st December 2012.  You’ll need to contact us about last overseas courier shipping dates as these vary from carrier to carrier (and so do the prices unfortunately).

Christmas approaching fast ….

Well, as usual we’ve been rushed off our feet here and if I wasn’t in desperate need of a coffee break this wouldn’t be getting written at all.  As you may have noticed, on www.artistsuk.co.uk we are committed to dispatching all orders for delivery within the UK in time for Christmas and we hope to maintain this right up to 23rd December with last orders being delivered on Christmas Eve.  Obviously, overseas customers will now need to contact us for courier rates if they want to stand any chance of getting their goodies by Christmas.  My guess is we’ll definitely have to switch off the guarantee to dispatch in time for Christmas for delivery within the UK before the 26th December because Bruno’s project to develop a time machine still hasn’t borne fruit.  Apparently, the hamster keeps falling off the treadwheel or something  :-)

I was in the office at the weekend during the thunderstorm that almost turned Liverpool into a swimming pool and John Lennon Aiport into an aquarium. There was a huge flash of lightning and a crash of thuinder and all of a sudden the credit card machine nearby came to life all by itself, bleeped loudly and showed the error message that the card was invalid. We have no idea what it was that God was trying to order but he’s obviously having a bit of a problem with his plastic at the moment :-)
